Good evening, students! We made it through the first day of school. I personally really appreciated the first day being a half day... sometimes, even teachers need to be eased in! Anyway, below I am attaching the parent letters and the website scavenger hunt. I am also going to attach the survey for the students who were not in attendance today. Reminder, the parent letter and website scavenger hunt are both due on Friday! Please take time to do it. School starts on Monday! I am so excited to start a new year. I have some great plans for all of the classes! It is going to be a fun year!
For my 5th grade students, please realize that you are now in the "big kid" building and in the "big kid" building, you get to go to different classes, not only for PE, Music, Art, and Computers but also for Reading (Mrs. Miller), Science (Mrs. Miller), Vocabulary (Mrs. Long), and English (Mrs. Long). Any questions about those classes should be directed to them. |
